It always felt like Paul and his team put my wife and my home purchase first. He either picked up the phone immediately or got back to me within an hour or two. He was extremely clear and helpful to me as a first time mortgagee and home buyer; he walked me through the entire process and answered every question.
When our closing was pushed back twice, he and his team were able to accommodate. Indeed, when the second time the closing was pushed back, it ran up against our mortgage lock, he was able to work with the lender to extend the lock without a fee.
All in all, extremely helpful, understanding, and collegial person to work with.

After shopping around, I quickly realized Paul was my best option. He was always there to help, easy to get in contact with, even taking calls on weekends or in the evening. Other lenders I worked with took days to get back to me and on top of that Paul got me the best interest rate! I highly recommend Paul if you are shopping for a lender!
